JSE-listed information and communication technology (ICT) company Altron, through its subsidiary Bytes UK, has acquired information technology (IT) reseller and solutions provider Phoenix Software. The acquisition has bolstered its presence in the UK value-added reseller market segment and increased its international footprint, Altron Group CE Mteto Nyati said in a statement on Friday.
