Construction of a new R8-million clinic in Louwville, in Vredenburg is nearing completion, the Western Cape Department of Transport and Public Works said on Wednesday. The project saw the community library building being converted into a health facility to respond to an increase in patient numbers. Construction started in March and is expected to be completed in March 2017, if all goes according to plan.
