Petition hearings on Soweto prepaid electricity metering concerns get underway Wednesday morning at the St John’s Church, Jazzyville in Diepkloof extension 1, Parliament has announced. “The hearings will be held under the auspices of Parliament’s Committees on Public Enterprises and Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs,” said Parliament in a terse statement.
